NOTE: This blog post is only for my own reference.

The default purpose of eating is to ultimately reproduce and ensure the survival of your DNA, where in the progress to reproduce, survival is needed. Eating will develop your body into a better survival and reproduction system. Here is a list of purposes of eating to develop your default system and body for better survivability and reproduction.

Default purposes of eating

  • DNA continuation
    • Survival
      • When condition is bad
        • Increase longevity, survive instead of reproduce
    • Reproduction
      • When condition is good, with adequate of food
      • Body
        • Men
          • Stronger
          • Taller, muscular
        • Women
          • Beautiful
            • Slender, face, skin

Reconstructed purposes of eating

In order to increase longevity and to reverse aging, we need to rewired our nervous into thinking looking young and becoming youthful is needed for our reproduction and survival and ultimately the survival of our very own DNA.
  • DNA continuation
    • Survival
      • When condition is bad
        • Reverse aging and become younger
    • Reproduction
      • When condition is good with abundance of food
        • Reverse aging and become younger, evolve for a better DNA, and ultimately better DNA survival for self and maybe future offsprings (instead of focusing on reproduction directly)
          • Face and body becoming young
            • Hair
              • Hair regrowth
              • White hair turns into black hair
            • Face
              • Smaller face
            • Body
              • Smaller body
            • Skin
              • More elastic and tight skin, less wrinkle
